I dislike how they make old items, mounts, pets, etc. not easier to get, but don't have to get it with intention. People that farm them take pride in it, then peope that aren't even trying to get it get them that's pretty lame. :/

lol looks like it.

We don't feel the tanking and healing roles have any inherent issues that are causing the representation disparity, except that fulfilling them carries more responsibility. Understandably, players prefer to take on that responsibility in more organized situations than what the Dungeon Finder offers, but perhaps we can bribe them a little.

I'm not sure this is exactly correct. I think most people just find DPS to be more fun/easier. It's not as simple as a "oh i don't want to tank for random baddies" thing.

Doubt this will really work. Someone who doesn't want to be a leader and tank, or be a badass and heal won't be convinced by a simple bribe. I dunno, thoughts?

He's saying that the geared, competent tanks are more likely to do their daily with other geared competent players they know, not the retards that populate the lfd tool.

Yeah - I'm not sure bribing them will be enough to get them to deal with mouthbreathers...and geared competent people will still want to run things with other geared competent people, most likely those in their own guild.

This may come as a shock, but geared, competent players in guilds full of geared, competent players still occasionally don't have any friends on to Q for a heroic with.

I imagine DPS-only classes will be pissed at this.

I think it's a pretty bad solution. It's just further rewarding the people who get instant ques to begin with.

They'll make heroics easier and easier, gear will get better and easier to come by, the heroics will become wrath style and there will be more tanks because you can just cake-walk dailies again.

Not that I care since I unsubbed quite a while ago.

No one said geared players don't run lfd, just that this was an attempt to get more tanks to use the lfd, tanks that may have no reason to otherwise.

Edit: And with the change to the daily system (you will be able to just run 7 heroics back to back and get the same rewards as if you ran one each day now), it'll be even easier to set up a night to knock out a couple heroics as a guild group and not have to worry about logging on and finding a group every night.

You can already run heroics in the style of Wrath. As long as everyone knows what they're doing. Foe Reaper 5000 is the biggest cockblock fucking ever.

Pretty much...

Speaking of vagina, I think Greg Street has one, because there is no way you can come up with something this stupid and have a penis.
