I had the easiest time finding a place in Chicago. They have this free service called "The Apartment People" ( http://www.apartmentpeople.com/ )I told them my price range, the area where I wanted to live...they took me around one saturday, showed me 12 places, and I picked the one I liked.

Sounds like you need to move to a big city...or use the internet. Some people have success with craigslist I'm told.

I've been meaning to look for a "live-in". Not quite sure how to go about it. Cragislist doesn't seem to have a category and they take down inappropriate posts in minutes.

I don't listen to commercials generally.

Especially when durp 5 minutes of commercial -> talk for 30 seconds -> 5 more minutes of commercial.

It's why I podcast JL.

Im sorry, I really am, but I had to lol in the middle of my office when I read this. On a serious note, you could spread the word at school, maybe there is a board there where people post looking for..... I really would not use something like craigslist to find a roommate.
