In the clip you linked she says "For the record: You're adopted and that's terrible". She might be a bit easier on you in another area though, I don't remember.

Depends on the game. I'm not going to play through Sonic/Mario games because you have a good idea of what you can expect. The original Portal had dark, adult humor...why would I expect the sequel not to be similar?
