I don't understand why men find putting their penis in the same aperture as a bunch of other guys somehow less disgusting when it's part of a woman than if it were a pair of underwear or something. Hell, people won't even share toothbrushes or straws or cups or pillowcases.

I mean, do guys ever think about how many other guys have done their business in there? In purely numerical terms. Usually they look at it in emotional or semantic terms. Perceptions about female motivations and not sheer numbers.

Not that I have any regard for male possessiveness. I think getting worked up over someone having sex with other people is silly, not least because the motivation for getting worked up is anything but the rational reason I laid out.

I don't understand this.

How does one's promiscuity/lack of make someone dirtier/cleaner? There's going to be germs down there regardless. If someone doesn't want to pelvic dive into someone else because their dirty, well... they shouldn't dive into anyone.

Or be in arms reach of anyone, or go into a house of someone else, or touch anything someone else may have touched, etc.

Are we afraid of being 'just another notch on the totem pole'? Do we need our notch to stand out, and for that to happen, there needs to be no other notches? Or do we need to be the first notch at the top?

Are we afraid that we might encounter leftover sperm from days/weeks/months/years ago?

Personally, I don't care how many people someone's slept with as long as they don't parade it around or drop hints to how much of a slut they are. A good example of this was some chubby scene girl my friend brought over as a rebound about a month or so ago.
