Okay, I think I can explain why those threads haven't been locked. Mayo, feel free to jump in and tell me i'm dead wrong.
The rule is that it clutters up the forum if we have threads which are just conversations between two people...something that could be done in messaging.
IE:
@Zaryi
"Hey Zaryi, how is your day going"
"Hey Azelma, my day is good, I'm just sitting in Dalaran"
"Herrr durrr *random picture* lol"
"LOLOL THATS SO FUNNY AZELMA"
You can see how this type of thread would get old fast. No one wants to read that but me and Zaryi.

This thread should be locked for having an @ in the title.
Obviously you're just trying to "make a point" by being ridiculous (read:
trolling), but i'll humor you.

You could have a point here...but the thread became a discussion of the new bike mount thing. New subject, although it has an @ title.

New subject, talking about a deceased actor. Not a personal conversation.

This is the random funny shit sticky, protected by the clause that Mayo so kindly listed for us a few posts up.

Discussion of
Dual Spec and it's cost.
HOWEVER - To be fair, by that definition, Jushiro's thread should probably not have been locked. Although it is clearly the start of a conversation with Zaryi, they are discussing a game which other people might play.
I think there will always be a subjective gray area with this rule...but I understand why it exists and support it. I think it just needs to be
enforced sensibly.
