To contribute to the Sarah Mania thread...
There were a lot of e-mails released from when Sarah Palin was govenor of Alaska. Of the 24,000 pages of e-mails that the media scoured in hopes of finding anything which will ruin the woman, they didn't find anything much worth talking about. In fact, they didn't find anything worth talking about... her hair, her daughter, etc. Nothing big. Just more about a small-town mom who was taking care of business.
Now, I find it laughable how the media flocked to Alaska to run through all these e-mails when Sarah Palin isn't even a presidential candidate any longer. She's a non-player on the big stage (at this point) yet the Media still has an obsession with trying to ruin this woman.
Remember back to the 2008 election and how very few people were critical of the President and his records? Although these e-mails were obtained legally (much like those that got attention a few years back when her account was accessed illegally), it's just sad the lengths the media would go through. Maybe they can focus their attention on Obama's records now, like those from college (or lolmaybenotbecauseofobviousreasonsweallknowwhybutmostwontsaywhy).
Edit: Also, equal is equal is equal.
Agreed the Media is obsessed with Sarah Palin...but Sarah Palin loves the media attention. This is why she quit her governor job and joined Fox News. It's why she wrote books and joined the tea party movement. She loves the attention....and the money.
