I can't find the really good Dana Carvey bit where he does "every Neil Young song ever," but here's one where he does Neil Young doing Santa Claus Is Coming to Town: Oh-Ho, nevermind, found the one I was looking for now, but it's terrible quality and you have to sit through some other crap to get to the bit I'm talking about: I think that should satisfactorily balance our propensity for calling young/(allegedly) attractive chicks shaking their jiggly bits "music." Why would you Netflix your music? For whatever reason you decide not to pay the subscription anymore, you've lost access to your music library. Doesn't matter so much with TV shows and movies, because once you've watched them, you generally don't care to watch again. Music is a whole different ballpark though. |

Before I left the house this morning I downloaded Spotify at home. It started scanning my library and it looked like it was indexing everything. I get to work and open Spotify and I can't see my music. I was under the impression that Spotify would've made an online-index of my home library, then enabled me to listen to that library anywhere I log into Spotify. Is there a step I forgot to do or is this not even the function of Spotify. If it doesn't store my list in the cloud then what's the point? |
