I normally keep my desktop clean... and the resolution is 1920x1080 but Imageshack did me the favor of shrinking it so the thread isn't broken.

You can drag stuff to the WUNDERBAR you know, right? And maybe make use of 7stacks to condense shortcuts even more if you want.

It's a debian/ubuntu derivative running the linux-libre kernel. It works out of the box on this system (with little config afterwards). You might have problems if you have a broadcom wireless card and/or ATI graphics because it doesn't package any proprietary crap.

Mostly it's debian stable + ubuntu packages + most of the ubuntu repos packaged for it.
