He's screwed because he was on parole and had been convicted of manslaughter before. Still, the women jumped over the counter/initiated the physical confrontation by bitch slapping him....yes he went ballistic with a metal pipe, but I think them nappy headed ho's had it coming lulz.



The lesson here is...don't ever start a fight with a McDonalds employee, because they might be much more hardcore than you.

If a national poll were taken and every person with a similar occupation was asked that question, Rayon McIntosh would probably be overwhelmed with feelings of community, belonging, and other shit of that nature.

Can't read it even on a computer.

Anyway, another thing I was thinking...here are how the events transpired:

1. He is just doing his job saying he will need to check their $50 bill
2. They start verbally assaulting him calling him a "pussy" etc
3. The woman initiates physical contact by slapping him, so he pushes her away and he retreats to the back of the restaurant
4. One woman JUMPS THE COUNTER in pursuit of him, while the other walks around the side to confront him further
5. He now has a metal rod, and instead of retreating, they try to get close to him and get wailed on (how does he know they aren't concealing weapons of some kind)
6. When they are on the ground, you can see him yelling "STAY DOWN" - the women still make moves to get up, and we also don't know if they were trying to grab him or bring him down. If they'd just stayed down the bashing wouldn't have continued.

Clearly both parties are in the wrong here, but I still think the guy was just defending himself and being a hardcore nigga, did a real good job at it.

I also like how media outlets are defending the two women...and making it seem like this guy shouldn't have done anything because they were women. Sorry, but if someone is coming after me, I would do whatever I could to put them on the fucking ground, regardless of gender.

He's going to get owned because of his prior record and parole situation, and these women will get nothing more than a slap on the wrist and possibly thousands of dollars in a lawsuit (how much do you wanna bet they bring legal action against McDonalds?).

I think he went too far with it, but that's not what a self-defense argument is about. The fact that he left and came back means he probably won't get off with justification though. I am not sure about NY, but in Pa if you leave the scene and come back (and could leave another way), it's not self-defense anymore.

Fight or flight response. Natural human instinct. I think smack those bitches to the ground and flee to dial 911 while they are down would have made him less legally liable, though not necessarily entirely immune to charges.

How would this have ended if it were one female employee beating down two asshole male customers for doing the exact same thing, total mirroring of actions, just reversed roles.

Everyone would be like 'OMG she is an hero lulz'

Justification (self-defense) means you're immune to those charges. With the possible exception of the shove at the beginning if that was a separate charge. Like I said I think he went to far, but self-defense rests on the proper judgment of the individual. When I served on a jury in April I was on a stabbing trial where the defendant was pleading Justification. We were pretty unanimous that he shouldn't have stabbed the guy, but we believed that he thought it was his only choice and his life was in danger. There are things you can't see on that tape that would come out at the trial, so maybe it was his only choice, maybe the girls made gestures that could be construed as menacing while they were on the floor. If that was the case he should get off.

Personally, if they would have come behind the counter and he would have knocked them out cold with a good punch to the chin, this would be an awesome clip. I've worked enough customer service jobs to want to take a metal rod to some people, I definitely get happy watching entitled pieces of shit get what's coming to them.
