Use of a weapon, real or implied My belief is that there should be a new class of crimes for corporate criminals - "crimes against society" - that should be subject to an automatic sentence of hanging followed by defilement of corpse (the traditional punishment for traitors). My belief is that the kinds of crimes that lead to effective life in jail should be punished by sterilization and life on a colony. |

Prison labor in America is mostly scam/mob related. American prisons are...very scary places. There was a scandal some years ago about prison inmates being used to remove labels from jars so they could be illegally resold or somesuch. |

Besides, old white guy isn't going survive prison. Humor aside though, I do have to wonder a little if the homeless guy kinda wanted to go to prison. I also like how the prosecutors on the first one weren't even looking for a reasonable jail time. 6 years is a short time to wait before enjoying the mass fortune you hid away. If the homeless guy didn't want to go to jail though, high-five for manning-up to responsibility, and the judge should be kicked in the dick hard enough that it can be called applied eugenics. |
