Apparently, your gaffes are only funny/a sign of retardation if you're a republican. EDIT I should probably mention that in no way did i think that palin was a good candidate, or even electable. given that the media is exhausting their budget for this year by covering all the shit that happened in just the first half of it, you may want to rethink where most of that money comes from. yes, there is concern about the FCC, but their business model operates more in a "here and now" environment than "prepare". the state of media is changing, and not one government handjob on the DL will keep them afloat to cater to people who don't want to watch.

corporations pay for advertising, which requires viewers. viewers want to watch entertainment because their attention span has been cut down tremendously.
