Spent yesterday at my dad's and today at my sister's. It was cool because it was her first time hosting Christmas in her new house. Then the bf and I paid to take everyone ice skating. It was a ton of fun, lots of great memories and we were pretty much the only ones there. We had a bunch of first time skaters with us, so that was amusing. I'd call this Christmas a success :)

Chilling at the William Penn Hotel in downtown Pittsburgh at the moment. Getting ready for the days activities.

Guessing we're gonna grab breakfast elsewhere since hotels charge an arm and a leg. Then we're going ice skating at an outdoor rink in South Park neighborhood (proof Pittsburgh is an osm city). Dinner will be at my aunt and uncle's house, family tradition dictates that we order pizza the day after Christmas. Then we drive back to Maryland for 3.5 hrs if traffic is light, and 5+ hrs if there's lots of holiday traffic. Eff.

+ Fuck being awake, showered and dressed before everyone else is. Im so hungry, lol. WTB excessive amounts of sleep to counter my awareness of my hunger.

Yeah i've had this cold for like a week, completely screwed up my sleep schedule. Need to buy some sleep pills or something. there's nothing to do at 3-7 am :cry:

Trazadone. That's my fail safe when I work all night and can't fall asleep to be rested for the upcoming nights shift. I believe it's seizure medication that also can be used to treat depression. It knocks me out after about an hour. Downside is I am groggy as hell when I wake up.

We have an outside one too. Next to the ocean :3

The problem for me is, they only offer hockey skates (which I hate). For guys, this is okay. Especially okay because they allow girls to skate in their bathing suits.
