I've contacted the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs for you to ask a couple questions. First, I asked if a plaintiff or defendant can have legal representation in small claims court. The answer was YES. Also, I asked if the manager of a private 'all you can eat buffet' can ask a patron to leave for 'not eating', and the answer was YES -- as long as the reason wasn't discriminatory in nature (race, mental health, gender, etc.) then the owner of a private establishment can ask you to leave.

I called Buffet's Inc. and asked if there was a policy on removing patrons from a store if they weren't eating. They said there is no policy, but the manager can ask for someone to leave if the restaurant is busy and the person isn't eating because they need to turn tables. I asked what happens if the person refuses, and the woman said that the manager would likely do their best to seat other guests and return to the table later to ask them to leave. I asked under what circumstances would the manager resort to calling the police, and she said that managers try to avoid calling the police, but typically, they would be called if the guest was being loud, causing a scene, being threatening or trespassing.

Interesting how the manager approached you around noon, but the cops were called an hour later.

Most of those conditions weren't met. Whether it was because I'm gay or because I was travelling alone and looked like an easy mark, he made a decision on something other than the facts of the situation. By her own claims he probably should have it let it go. I certainly wasn't making a scene. The guy jumped the gun.

You have nothing better to do with your time other than post about this whole thing on these forums and drum up support for your perceived slights in an effort to feel accepted. You should expect people to fact check your claims if you're looking to get sympathy in a manner like you claim Callysta does all the time.

I like how you used to rant about people who questioned your sex life, but eventually came full circle and engaged in posting pictures of your debasement in an effort to derail more threads and gain said "acceptance".

I concede I was mistaken on at least one point. That said, I don't see anything wrong about posting about personal nonsense on the forum equivalent of Seinfeld.



I don't see the connection between freely discussing one's sex life in a thread about just that, and other people whining about my sex life or lack thereof because they're at odds about a WoW issue.

Re. Synth, I'm not going to argue with you. I don't see the point. I don't see the need to defend talking about sex in a sex thread, nor do I see how that or anything having to do with Callysta connects to the present issue.
