Important points: - 3 factions (essential for balance) - Large scale: “hundreds of players on screen at once” - Siege warfare - Winning faction highest rank player gets to be Emperor (!) with special abilities (!).
We would allow you to play all the races on the faction, so while most of us would be Nord you could also be a Dark Elf / Argonian if you want.
The game is being developed by Matt Firor, who many consider to be the talent behind the original Dark Age of Camelot, the best PvP MMORPG made to date. The Elder Scrolls is also a solid franchise which will likely attract a decent population.
It is being released sometime in 2013 and beta has already started for some. They have not announced the payment model yet.
The MMO version is basically saying The Elder Scrolls: Turbo Terrible Hyper-Awful-Drive.

Been playing a lot more Black OPs 2 than I'm proud to admit but fuck do I love camping in a corner with a shield in FFA and watching people die as they try and kill me.
Love me some Halo 4 though, feels nice not instantly dying on respawn and hologram is lulz.
League is fun. Been playing lots of different champs.
I told you all that so I could tell you this. If there is ever going to be an MMO worth PvEing in, it's going to be ESO.
