You have no idea how much it angers me when people say things like this.
Wait, that I called you cheeky/intelligent? I think you are though, I think those are positive traits.
I missed replying to this - but yes, it annoys me because of the second-guessing I endlessly run into. Everyone approves of my insight and brashness until the conclusions I reach don't agree with them.
Also, funny followup:
"I think for over four years of patronage, several thousand dollars in monthly and added fees, and considerable service to the community, I am entitled to at least a response to my request for clarification.
What do you say to the numerous helpful posts I've made? Or the numerous profane trolls in those same threads? Or the kudos I've earned from other posters? Or that I've influenced the design of the game?
What, in your mind, outweighs all that?"
No response.
So, angry:
"Dear CM Team,
You think you need not reply. You think your curt message, patronizing and disrepectful non-responsiveness is legitimately acceptable behavior, and that you can conduct yourself in this way and leave me no recourse.
You are wrong.
You do not think that you are, and you are not the first to be wrong in this way.
Sharing an example from in-game, so many players farm the Time-Lost Proto-Drake, but I alone came up with the idea of using Onyxia HP5 trinkets to do so while sleeping - without botting.
Likewise on your own forums - how many other posters realize that you are posting on grey alts to discredit posters and derail threads? Or that you are de-bumping threads you do not like but do not want to delete?
You think you can disregard that shrewd resourcefulness and unrelenting intelligence and willpower, as just another disgruntled, pusillanimous ex-patron.
You are wrong. There is only one Aestu. You will see.
You choose to be disrespectful and callously unjust. Such folly."
I was expecting to be account banned for insulting/threatening CMs. Actually they probably can't do that for communication outside the game short of real life threats. But what they did instead was:
"Thank you for contacting Blizzard Entertainment Support.
