did you get it from being sick, or throat trauma (gorging on cock). if from sick, drink orange juice. if from cock, gargle salt water.

Dayquil to kill the pain and remove some of the raspyness. You'll still be a little raspy if it was like that sore throat I just got over.

If it's from sickness I always found a hot shower helped it for a short time, but I never found a solution that makes me feel like it's all better again.

Cepecal through drops, grapefruit juice > orange juice, and tea with local natural honey. It is proven that honey grown in your area works much better at soothing sore throats. I dont remember the exact reasoning but I read an article about it a whle back that said you should make sure to buy locally collected honey to help with things such as sore throats and some alergies. Oh, and stop deep throating.

I've tried salt / honey method so far. It's ok. Haven't tried orange juice yet but eating a lot of nashi pear and its very cooling on the throat :D
