So, I've been married for 34 years, and 4 or 5 times during this time, I have done a Christmas thing for my wife that she really enjoys. Here's how it works. It is sort of a spin on the 12 days of Christmas. Starting on December 14th, I give her a gift. On the 14th, the gift is 12 roses with a card that says, "On the 12th day before Christmas, my true love gave to me..." I'm doing it for her this year.
On the 15th, she gets a gift (with a corresponding card) that has something to do with 11. It can be 11 of some item, like homemade cookies or socks, or it can be something to do with 11, like a clock set at the 11th hour or a movie like Ocean's 11. On the 16th, it's 10... etc etc down to Christmas day which is 1 (I cheat on Christmas day by giving her 1 stocking filled with stuff. heh). As you can see, the gifts don't have to be expensive because that's not the point.
Now, I need some help thinking up ideas to fit the number themes for each day. Also, feel free to steal this idea, claim you thought it up yourself, and make Christmas a lot of fun for your significant other. You'll be a hero and score the benefits heroes get.

I know my wife always looks for roses on the 14th, and although I usually don't do this, the years that I do are really special for her when the roses are delivered. So, a little help here, please.
