Anyone know of a software that I could use the wow race voices and type input for it to say.

I know it's a little ambiguous, but I want to make a wow movie.

85 Mage Bleeding Hollow Bored with game so I let sub expire......
85 LOLKnight Bleeding Hollow Bored with game so I let sub expire......
85 Shaman Bleeding Hollow Bored with game so I let sub expire......

What does that even mean? You can extract the wav/mp3 files and use those but it's not text to speech.

It is a little hard to explain effectively I would like to take their voices and make them say anything like fuck off or something. Not really that just wondering if there is a way. Kind of like those stupid voice boxes you can get with the darth vader voice etc etc.

Most videos of that kind would use voice actors. If you can't get actors, a voice modulator will work. There's quite a few of those available online. If you can't find one, ask Totally of RM.
