Pretty sure I reacted the same way when Dissension and later Play Time failed, and when Isamoo/Kamguh left the server. I've never sought to disguise my feelings about anything, whether it's pride, anger, or schadenfreude.

They aren't. 25H is far easier than 10H; many 10Hs are basically impossible.

Isn't it hypocritical how you keep jabbing others for perceived arrogance or lack of propriety/consideration for others yet you keep talking down everyone who isn't you?

Incidentally, if you really are interested in exploring "alternative" forms of entry, I'm definitely down for that. You're not the first to find my witty and irrepressible intelligence arousing. Please let me know; I can PM you my RealID.

But yeah you can say whatever you want about 10 mans but I'd rather do 10s then try and carry 10-15 idiots through 25 HCs just to attempt to get farther in progression. You can put on your tinted glasses and believe what you want but the quality of players on Bleeding Hollow are mostly shit. When TB started recruiting people like Killfordew it was pretty much nail in coffin. I do wish them the best of luck though cause they never once gave me grief and I have quite a bit of respect for the work some of them have done for the community.

Stryker's not, according to Qaz. I was talking with him about it earlier this week.

My favorite part of this thread is Aestu's commentary about Dagr. When Tempest got rid of him, they were making a terrible mistake and he was forced out because he wasn't cliquish enough. It definitely couldn't have been a rational consideration.

To my knowledge - correct me if I'm wrong - Tempest didn't get rid of him, he left of his own accord. It's definitely true that Dagr is a very aloof individual, but the flip side of that is that he's a social chameleon - fitting in with a clique isn't his difficulty, it's forming meaningful connections to others.

Of course Tempest did, in fact, get rid of me, not because of any wrongdoing on my part nor because I hadn't made every effort to cowtow to a clique. Funny how that works, isn't it?

What revealed Dagr's character wasn't that he didn't get along with people in Tempest or RM or with myself, it's that he seemed to, used them, then turned around and spoke ill of them behind their backs while going to inordinate lengths to avoid appearing cynical or selfish (something that works only in the short run and amounts to a self-imposed fantasy).

I wasn't aware that not making any attempt to "cowtow to a clique" was the same as "pissing everybody off".
