They've certainly allowed things they'd previously said would never happen ever (transferring from PvE to PvP), but I'm willing to believe they're incapable of implementing class change.

Also there's no real purpose to allow a class change. Unless they did a gear swap as well, you could almost just as easily just relevel as the new class.

Which would also do things like teach you how to play that class, hopefully.
