Leaning towards making a new account. I've no desire to play the four classes I've already sunk my teeth into in previous expansions (DK, Warrior, Warlock, Druid), and there's actually reason to level up a new character now, since A.) it doesn't take NEARLY as fucking long as it used to, and B.) They revamped old world content, which I want to see.

As long as I don't have to re-buy Vanilla, TBC, and WOTLK (I don't know if my CD keys will be hogged up by whoever stole my previous account somehow, and that I can still use them, even without recovering said account), I figure I might as well start anew. Blizz actually gave me WoW and a free month for buying Starcraft or something, too. Wee!

Currently a toss-up between mage and rogue, though, I could be convinced to play hunter or paladin. Still dunno which one of the four I'd want to play. Mostly, I'm looking for a class that isn't very gear dependent to do well, at least semi-twitchy gameplay, has a high skillcap, and has decently varied playstyles, all of this (mostly) in the PvP scene. Mage seems to be at the top of the list, considering.

Well I want to get the RAF mount soo....
if you want to make a new account, let me RAF you and basicly after you upgrade to a normal account, I'll give you 2 months for free.

I can't promise I'll level a char with you however, maybe but not likely. Guess it depends on what faction you roll and/or if I want to level a priest here or not.

If you can find someone to level RAF style with I'd suggest doing that.

Yeah, I figured that's why you were asking; I forgot to mention it in earlier posts, even though I meant to. Just slipped my mind, I suppose.

Anywho, I don't really expect random people to level up with me, it just sounds like too much of a hassle for both parties. :p I would defo like free months, though. I don't recall much about the entire process. Need to read up on it a little bit.

Nope, and unfortunately one of the two I have is on the wrong character. I do have one on Baneleaf though. The rocket mounts are nice, especially with all of the new content and for some reason every alliance quest sends you to EPL and WPL for a nice long ass run through horde territory. My druid and lock have the rockets and the druid was another mistake one that a gm would not move, oh well.

Boen if you are going to do RAF make absoultely sure to read the instructions. If you make an account and then RAF it you will not get credit, you have to use the links in the email and activate it as a trial first, then confirm that it is linked (account screen or in game) before you enter a serial key. I have seen way too many people fuck that part up and have to spend hours tracking down customer service.

BTW this is what happens when you give a wow junkie the ability to RAF themselves

If you want the free months from either me or Fant, you just have one of us send you an invite from our account, you activate using it and then you pay $20 for normal WoW (includes a free month so it' smore like $5) to upgrade from trial status and then we put on a 2 month card and we get a month + mount.

You really don't have to do anything different short of using our invite as opposed to just making a new account.
