Order Update: Dateline 3/15/11 Due to the disaster in Japan, orders for Geiger Counters have out-stripped supply. Initial orders were filled immediately from stock on the shelves at our location and the warehouses of our suppliers. But at this point, there are simply not enough detectors available to meet the overwhelming demand. At least one of our suppliers has adopted a "triage" method of doling out the limited supply of detectors remaining until more can come off the factory line. So you can continue to place orders to get in the "queue", but at this point, it could be weeks before your order is filled. Our policy is not to process any credit card if and until your order ships, and you can cancel your order at any time up until then. Please be patient during this period. We will generally not be able to respond to individual queries, including emails.
As it stands, we are sold out of all Pocket models, but still have plenty of Radiation Network Software. We also have a reasonable lead time on some of the larger, traditional Probe Geiger Counters. We are sorry for the delay, and will appreciate your patience. Thank you.
