That's dumb. Wouldn't it be more effective to shoot the guy holding the gun?

Helig went with some friends last weekend to an outdoor range and ended up almost getting shot because some idiots were out bump-firing their semi-autos, and the rounds were bouncing up over the road to where they were.

Those guys got screamed at by a very large man, and promptly apologized and decided they were done for the day.

So what were you shooting exactly, I'm assuming some kind of rifle since handguns aren't exactly great for 130 yard shots.

I'm guessing an M4/AR-15.

I haven't been to the range since getting glasses, trying to shoot stuff 100+ yards away with bad vision was kinda hard, wonder if I'd be any better now.

ar 15, 30-30, 22, and then some random shit with a shotgun like skeet shooting and we cut down a tree.

I didn't really like the 30-30 because the iron sights were off and the scope + glasses = uncomfortable to fire, but i was nailing targets with the ar and the 22 like it was my mo-fo'n job.

ar 15 is the civvy single shot version of the m16. no 3 round no full auto. I believe it fires a 223.

the 30-30 is a type of round and we were shooting it from this cowboy looking repeater. 22 is another type of round in a small rifle used for hunting squirrel and other small shit. not so much for bear hunting.

i wouldn't have "nice google" 'd you on this.

what was weird is how easy it is to fire and hit targets with a 22 and an AR.

I thought i'd be terrible but i was, if i may say, pretty damned god.
