I prefer Bad Company 2 to Call of Duty any day. Run in gun multiplayer has it's nights, though.

My wife pre-ordered Portal 2 for me off of Amazon because she has a Prime account. I'll get the game delivered to my house on release day, I get it for $5 cheaper and Amazon is giving us a $20 credit towards a future purchase.

My $35 game is going to be worth it, I'm sure.

I KNOW RIGHT....remember the open beta where we had 20K people playing at all hours of the day....and i was #13 in the world...

Really companies need to start looking at the option of releasing games in 2 segments...Buy the Whole Game for the total cost or the Multiplayer for 1/2 the cost...willing to bet you'd find like 60% of the people these days would just buy the multiplayer aspect.

And for the record $45 isn't $60. I haven't spent that on a game since SC2.
