You can use fences as rigging.

Also, here's a much older castle of mine. I've made better things since, but I don't have any screenshots and don't feel like rehosting my outdated server to take any atm.

Euphonic, people can host their own servers. There are, naturally, some actually dedicated ones with no downtime. Online just means you get to share the sandbox (and can kill each other/destroy each others' castles).

Progress as of day 2:

My plan involves to have three decks total with three masts. I will decorate the stern hopefully with gold blocks and glass. After i have finished I will burn it down. I will probably write this up on the Minecraft reddit, describing how i went about it and with a picture log. I will then post pictures as it burns down, and after it has been burned down blocks of what i also hope to be gold will be left floating in the air spelling "VICTORY"

Atleast thats the plan, i need about 6-700 more planks to finish the second and third deck. I have finished the outer hull and the first deck, but the railings, top and second deck remain to be made aswell as any inside compartments i may add.
