Nope.

It would have to be a military trial to begin with, and it's not like we'd get a lot of info on it. Most of the information used during the case would likely have come from sources and methods still classified. He would be found guilty and executed. I understand the morally superior position that we tried him and let the judicial system work, but realistically he doesn't fit into our judicial system. A military court would be the only way to ensure the proper punishment, and it's not like military courts are the kind of free nation system of justice you can get a moral victory from.
