To anyone that cares,

I server transferred a couple days ago. After all my online and RL friends quitting the game, I find more an more less of a reason to stay here.

I have been on Bleeding Hollow since 2008, and I've been a long time member in multiple guilds, as well as recent new ventures; I've pretty much exhausted my resources here. There's really nobody here left that I'm interested in playing with, or that can provide the raiding atmosphere I am looking for, with a convenient time.

I've been top rated in PvP multiple times, multiple seasons. Though never finishing the season as so because of drama. I'm pretty tired of competing all season then left with nothing at the end. My partners don't play anymore. I'm just not interested in playing with anyone in the PvP community on Alliance as it stands now. Everyone that ever made the competitive PvP scene fun and enjoyable is now gone.

With all that in mind, I've decided to move on and get a fresh start. While realm searching a few weeks ago I came across a PvE guild in need of a Rogue for a core raiding position, I applied and was accepted. I'm not going sit around and wait for new people and guilds to appear on our realm. I want to raid Firelands. I can't do that being guildless, I also don't want to play bench in whatever backwater has-been guilds that are left on this realm.

I don't know how long I'm going to keep posting here. It just wont be the same when I'm not playing on-realm.

I had to leave my home realm and come here for pretty much the same reason. Bleeding Hollow definitely filled the void that was left from my previous server, and now its time for a new realm to fill the void that I'm missing here. I'm not the type of person to quit WoW either. I love the game, and don't plan on quitting till the next Blizzard MMO, and even then it would have to trump WoW pretty bad. They say there are still about 2 expansions left till then and I plan on playing to the end.

I'm pretty sure at least half the people posting here no longer play on BH if at all lol. At least I would miss you here on the boards D:

That aside. Cool story bro ;]

You can keep posting here, a lot of the topics don't really have anything to do with BH specifically, but more WoW-related, or not game-related at all. You may have come because of the realm, but you stayed because of the people, so really changing to another realm won't change that. I haven't been on BH since last summer and I can't really say I miss it. Nostalgic, sure, it was my home realm from like '05 or '06 to '10, but a different realm offers all the same shit. Just not the same people.

Playing WoW again in 2018, kill me, thanks

I always hated these types of threads.
If you're leaving the board, then make one.
If you're not, it doesn't affect anyone on here in the slightest.

Don't be that guy. He just wanted to let the few of us who still played where he'd be.

Enjoy wherever you moved to. I've never moved a character off BH, though I've transferred others from elsewhere to elsewhere. Don't let the whole not-playing-on-BH keep you from whining about Combat in arena.

"backwater has-been guids" lol. See you in two weeks, guildless again. I have characters on several other servers including a few EU. None of these toons are max, in fact most are dks from when BH was messed up for one reason or another. Every server has the same problems with recruiting, ninjas, trolls, and whatever mouth breathers infest /2. Good luck on your new home, but its not the server its the game.

This. I would leave Bleeding Hollow - but I barely play enough to even hope to form new efriendships. Why transfer at all? haha

I got burned out on xferring. And pug leading. I don't even know why I play this game anymore.

It's funny. I logged in last night - and I just recently came into some herbal remedies from my local urban pharmacist. Needless to say, I was like "yeah, I'm gonna play WoW blazed again!!!" It had been quite a while since I'd done both together.

Well, I medicate up, log in. Next thing you know, I'm sitting in Darnassus on my alt, bored out of my mind. I could go level, I just don't feel like it. So then I log onto my main...and I think "hey, I'll do a random heroic." So, I get my healz gear on, and boom, get insta-queued into a ZG already in progress. They are on the last boss.

An hour of wiping later (the DPS couldn't handle killing those shadowy thingys and avoiding getting hit with shadow crashes), I leave the group and am ported back to Stormwind.

It's been almost two hours of WoW, and I've "accomplished" nothing. I had a brief convo in guild chat with my buddy...that was about it.

Wasting time while I'm wasting time is something I just can't get my head around. Yet, I still subscribe. If nothing else, I can still have fun every now and then in WoW...overall though, it kinda blows.
