i see a lot of people when they talk about tarantino movies they always say either kill bill or pulp fiction.

I've seen all those movies, and they aren't that great.

If you want an actual GOOD tarantino movie, go see True Romance.

Better yet, see Machete by Alex Rodriguez.

Tarantino just wrote True Romance, but yes it is amazing.

You know Brad Pitt's character in that (the stoner)? He was the basis for the movie Pineapple Express. Seth Rogan just asked the question, "what would a day in the life of that guy be like" and that's what he came up with.

However, Pulp Fiction is amazing, Kill Bill is so/so. Reservoir Dogs is also incredible and you should watch it.

Tarantino is a genius.

Alright, I'll give you that I may have overstated Kurt Cobain's abilities. He's still better than that Disney Channel whore.

In any case Tarantino IS a genius. Anyone who says otherwise is wrong! 8)

This + Inglorious Basterds

Took far too many posts to get to Inglourious Basterds.

I liked it more than his other films. I honestly don't really like Pulp Fiction, and Reservoir Dogs is good but still not something I'd be able to enjoy more than once every few months. Kill Bill was some good mindless fun, but Inglourious Basterds was all that with better acting and a funnier message.

I've never seen Four Rooms or Jackie Brown.

I wouldn't go as far as to call him a genius, but I do think he has a refreshing take on his films and I enjoy watching them.
