Around the 1:04 point, there is a loud noise that kinda feels out of place. Otherwise, enjoyable. Post more.

hey heres an idea: instead of passing out welfare checks, how bout we pass out welfare debit cards that you can't transfer into cash.

can't buy drugs with it, can track and see if people are buying shit that they shouldn't.

all i had on my mind was that other thread on taxes/welfare and then eturnal mentioned something about rims and a fucked up car, so i thought hey, what would be a good way to make sure people don't waste welfare money on bullshit they shouldn't be buying with our money?

And in the places like those where I and USD live, there are more white people on welfare than black people. In fact, I'm pretty sure the vast majority of the people nationwide who are on welfare are white.

Not to mention, the only person throwing race into this is you, Dvergar. Can't we make comments about people of color without some racist assuming those comments are about their race as a whole and not the individual in question?
