Doctors exist to cure disease and serve mankind. This sort of thing is an extension of that obligation. Contributing to a better world. Ask yourself, "Do I want these people to survive and reproduce?" Also, you're not poisoning them, just planting an idea in their heads.
Usd, you're confusing rubbing alcohol (which is naturally tasteless but acrid) with antifreeze (which is sweet and viscous) - it is antifreeze which contains bitter agents to prevent its use to sweeten alcoholic beverages. The acridity of rubbing alcohol is sufficient to repel most non-retarded drinkers.
Anyway, today I went for a good jog. I'm still sweating quite a bit despite dry mouth; a bit fatigued/lightheaded, but that's fine. I am very marginally susceptible to hunger compared to most people due to my psychology and postnasal drip. I bought some sugar-free mints.
I also bought these really nice wine glasses that match my earlier-acquired cups. I'll never use them, of course, but they were only a buck each (cheaper than whatever might go in them) and I somehow like the dichotomy.
