EDIT: I don't understand why people are so emotional about 9/11 when they don't even know anyone who lost anyone, let alone someone from their own families.

PS: Why the fuck do you get so emotional when someone says something contrary to your beliefs, morals and opinions? 3000 lives lost on an attack to our country is greater than your singular (and fragile) mind.

I lived in brooklyn and we rented our basement to a couple which coincidentally the lady had the same last name as me. The guy was a cook on the 110th floor and died instantly. My mom worked in manhattan (34th st). I left school and just looked up the sky was a brown orange. Got home and called mom and was relieved. Turned on tv and it was CNN on every channel in different languages. The lady came home and said she couldn't reach him all day so we were on my porch and I turned on a radio for her. First day I had just thought yeah maybe he just couldn't reach her and he'll show up. Days went on but he never showed up and couldn't be found. She didn't get confirmation that he was dead until at least two weeks later, I just remember it being a while. Two people showing up on the steps like that is fuckin crazy man. Anyway def started sleeping with a night light after that for a while cause she started telling us about his ghost being in the house. And now that I wrote that and all the stories I can remember, I feel like there was a possibility of him not knowing he was dead. Now that I write this, I feel like the time that he knew he died was the night my night light got really fucking bright and blew up. The shit was so bright that it woke me up and I fucking saw the shit blow up right before my eyes.

You know the last time I've seen lights illuminate like that??? ON SHROOMS
