I think I may have posted this before, but it's high time that I start working on Val'anyr and Shadowmourne before the next patch hits and everyone is busy with other things. I was wondering if anyone had any tips regarding organizing/executing such things since I didn't do these raids when they were current, and have done the achievements only once (and by barely listening since all I needed to do was heal).

-How many people do you think I'll need nowadays?
-What can I offer as motivation to come to the runs?
-Anyone care to offer one-sentence explanations of the achievements in Ulduar and ICC?
-Any of you bros interested in joining?
-Any other comments lol

I've been through ohio.

Lotta dead deer on the side of the highways.

I don't know if they do this in Cinci, but in Cleveland they do a culling once every 10 or so years, which involves everyone with a gun going outside and killing as many deer as they can. They then take all of that lovely venison and give it to the homeless.

it was funny because on the way up, the deer were on the side of the high way. deer season must have started while i was in michigan because on the way back, the deer were on the side of hte highway and the hood of every pickup truck.

I like the gold per frag idea, because it spares me from having to explain achieves and therefore make the run faster (just faceroll bosses). However, I feel like less people would come because I don't think I can afford a decent amount for the time spent. I've been offering 3k per person IF ashes drops for my tk runs and that has been successful in getting 6 or so people per week, but I don't think I can afford 3k per frag. How much should I offer?

The achieves should be easy, but if one person fucks one up then I'd have to call the run (most likely). Also, I fucking HATE the iron dwarf medium rare achieve. And I have absolutely 0 clue as to how to do the ICC ones since I have yet to do them myself. Linking my achieve in trade would be... embarrassing.

And for the bros interested, it will be whored side and at a time when you guys can make it. Let me know what time works for you. And I will be in touch thru whispers for anyone willing to offer advice while I'm running them lol. Thanks for all the responses!

100g per person per frag, 2500g per frag, 75000g for a legendary. Sounds good!
