Pretty much every thing you do and every object around you has a connection to the government somehow. That's true even in the libertarian's delusional world order (think of them as modern-day-hippies, they just believe the magic that will save everyone is the free market instead of free love).

School, public education, that one's a no brainer. Cut all funding, then when the education system fails because there isn't enough money for textbooks or desks blame the teachers and sell the kids to your buddies who just happen to have private schools. Don't worry about the next generation of kids, they'll grow up learning the right facts, like how the founders freed the slaves and all liberals eat babies!
The time you refer to is officially kept by the government, so I'm sure there's some kind of argument there. I'm sure Bachmann has said something dumb about it, and Jubber and company are sworn to defend even the most ridiculous shit the right says, so they'll jump off that cliff with her.
Fat, insurance, the right's insistence that people without insurance for any reason whatsoever should just die. Uproarious applause at letting fellow countrymen die. Yay! 45,000 a year dead, Yay! Yay 8.6 uninsured children! Serves them right for being born into a poor family!
