I've never had it happen to me before tonight, and i've played all sorts of games on all sorts of servers.

i've had it happen to me on console though.

Rubber-banding was pretty bad sometimes in BC2, and it's annoying as fuck. I've barely seen it in the BF3 beta so far; I don't know if they improved the netcode or if the servers are just better.

IIRC our resident Mexican Forklift Artiste was one of the folk setting up BC3's servers.

In which case, ofc the servers work well.

We only did the east coast set-ups for Xbox and PS. EA is hosting the PC set-up themselves as part of Origin.

We're dedicated hosting, not managed, so EA or their sub-contractor will be managing the servers. I just go in and make physical tweaks/do changes at console at their request.

Funnier thing...the crazy girl I slept with works for HP. She just got a huge bonus for her work in a winning their services arm the contract for Origin.

The new map is amazing. Jets are amazing.
