In that case, the answer is obvious. High protein diets in conjunction with the general fattening of the population. I actually had this issue this past weekend when I was shopping at Jos A Bank for some new office clothes. Literally every sport coat they had was too big for me, they barely had my size in shirts too.

I guess if you aren't a huge fatty in this country you can't get clothes that fit you from the store anymore
