Napoleon was, unquestionably, one of the greatest minds to have ever lived, proof being that his civil reforms endure to this day. He changed the history of the world not only through conquest but political example.
Recently, a forensic examination was done of some unearthed corpses of Napoleonic soldiers. Autopsies indicate that, in fact, Napoleon's defeat was due largely to the cold. The Russians were, and are, notoriously incompetent soldiers. Further proof of this was their shoddy performance in the Crimean War and World War I shortly thereafter. Napoleon won battles and wars because he was simply an amazing general, one of the best the world has ever known.
If Napoleon had not invaded Russia he would have conquered Europe and eventually the world.

South Africa was Boer (Dutch) not British. That said, you're right, he's wrong - the Spanish, French and Dutch were way more evil and destructive than the British.

So many things wrong with this, not the last being that slavery was illegal in all the british empire by that time.
I can't speak to his views on black slavery. I do know that he wanted to dismantle the Caste system which oppressed the largely dark-skinned Untouchables.
Gandhi is idolized today - and without question he was one of the greatest and arguably the most truly revolutionary men in history, a modern day Jesus Christ, by developing an ideology which directly competed with the force-based notions of power that have prevailed through the entirety of human history up to this point.
He was also a very bizarre person in many ways. His sexual views were extremely unnatural and definitely the product of repression. He opposed modernization to an extent that was totally unrealistic, he wanted India to remain a Bronze Age culture forever, instead of thinking how to implement modernization in a humane manner.
The guy was correct in that Gandhi was a much greyer character than he's usually made out to be.

Shrug, the CFO of a private school where I worked gets paid six digits and was a cab driver for many years. He still acts like it, too - very insecure, with an intense need for approval. Fwiw, this person was so stupid that he thought I was stupid. He would talk to me like a dog. I wasn't bothered by this because I saw him as so far inferior as to be unworthy of consideration. Besides, I got paid well.
The question I would ask you is, what makes you think you're better than a cab driver?
Also, what ethnicity was this cab driver? Was he East Indian?
