LOL

I knew that kid couldn't be trusted. That's awesome.

I think i'll start the main quest today. I kinda feel like starting over again but i figure i can at least finish the main quest on this toon then make a new one.

So, I've been doing companion quests...and they just made me a werewolf.

The thing that pisses me off, is that when you become a werewolf, your "beast blood" prevents you from ever getting a rested XP bonus after sleeping (of course I didn't know this until I did the quest).

I mean...it's only a 5% xp buff that I'm losing...but still kind of annoying. That said, being able to turn into a werewolf is sweet and you can really fuck people up.

I also killed my second dragon yesterday. It was quite difficult and I had to fight like a bitch using pillars to LOS the thing.

Go find the Guardian stones. Unlike the other star stones which are just one out in the middle of nowhere, the guardian stones are a group of 3: The Warrior, Rogue, and Mage. Activating one of them gives you a 20% permanent XP buff for that group of skills (the buff ends when you activate another stone).

Ohh I know - I've been using the Thief sign. It's just annoying because the 20% buff stacked with the 5% universal buff.

I've actually had the issue of not knowing exactly how to specialize. Currently I've been working on stealth and archery....but I really like destruction magic so i've been doing that as well when I can't insta-kill someone with sneak attacks.

Dan's doing a sneak build and he does backstabs with a 15x multiplier. What the hell are you doing wrong?

Also, I'm doing a no-magic (except for shouts) dual wield build. It was hard at first, but now at around level 30 I can just run into things and they die.

With the bow it's only a 3x multiplier. My sneak is pro enough though that I only have an issue when it's a boss (since you can't insta-kill them), and when it's something like a dragon or giant.

I'm still playing with the shouts. I only have the force push one for offensive shouts and I'm pretty unimpressed with it thus far. I like the whirlwind shout for darting around. I have a fire shout but no dragon soul or whatever to use it.

Killing big shit like giants or centurions are easy, you just have to anticipate their attacks and wail on them with a melee weapon while they're recovering. The only hard part is when you actually get hit, considering they'll probably oneshot you if you're standing directly where the club/fist is going.

So I've joined the Thieves guild...I'm also in the Companions and considering joining the dark brotherhood once I finish Thieves Guild quests.

My goals for TES games are always the same:

1. Become master of every guild/group
2. Complete main quest
3. PWN

My goals always went something like
1. Kill everyone.
2 Brute force my way through the main quest.
3. Steal EVERYTHING in the game and stash it in my safe house (R.I.P Recall).

I have forks, knives, spoons, swords, pants, and soulgems. You don't.

I started dual-wielding as suggested by Mayo.

Shit doesn't just fall over for me yet but damn this is fun.

Also, bow and arrow are way overpowered. Damn Mammoths being 79975497 levels higher than me. Never knew what hit them.

I'm realizing this, as I've gone further into the archery tree I am starting to literally two shot everything even when I'm not hidden.
