Shit doesn't just fall over for me yet but damn this is fun.

Also, bow and arrow are way overpowered. Damn Mammoths being 79975497 levels higher than me. Never knew what hit them.

Get a set of Skyforge Steel weapons from the Smith from the Companions. I used them until I found ebony weapons in my late 20's.

So are the graphics in this game shit enough to be run on an old nVidia 7k series card?

And should I play previous ones first? Or is that unnecessary?

I feel like you might have some issues - but if you turn everything down it might work....not sure though, tech bros?

Unnecessary. Really the only benefit of playing the others is that it makes the story a little more interesting because characters will reference other lands/events in previous games so you can be like "oh yeah I remember that city!"

He didn't have any when I saw him so I'm running around with two dwarven swords.

I just finished the main quest and it was really underwhelming (maybe its because I was level 37 when I killed the main dragon dude and it only took me like 30 seconds).

If I do another playthrough, I'll probably do an archery build. I fucking love my Redguard though.

Dragons are so easy now, and they have been since like level 15 :/ Shields totally shut them down. Just bash them in the face repeatedly to win!

I retired the redguard (too easy) and I picked up a breton that's a sneak/archery build. I'm not using any weapons besides the bow (well, maybe a staff in an offhand so I can block and for RP value) and I'm not wearing any armor besides heavy gloves for the perks that buff unarmed damage.

The game just got a lot more interesting.

My friends and I found we were losing the game too often so we made a rule that the only way to make others lose the game was to be sneaky about it.

Like, I made a real official looking letter from the Florida Lottery and mailed it to my cousin. He started freaking out because he thought he won more shit from the lottery. Instead of winning the lottery, he lost the game. He wasn't even mad. He just had to sit there, grooving on it.

That's the whole point of it. You aren't funny and/or cool if you burst into a conversation saying "I JUST LOST THE GAME HURRRRR".

Is it okay to lose from context? I think so. There are ways to avoid losing/setting up a loss. Use specifics like 'Skyrim' instead of 'the game'.

Also, when you start or end a sentence with the game, you're only setting yourself up for a quote loss.

I believe we can all agree that playing the game requires wittiness and finesse.

so anyways, on the subject of games.

why does skyrim get so much attention, despite lots of actual people (fuck reviewers) not liking it as much as previous games, but deus ex was forgotten about so quickly?

seriously. i haven't touched skyward sword yet, but i'm pretty sure deus ex is my game of the year. not even seeing it on the list of some sites potential goty winners, and seeing the witcher 2 is wat.
