Because black people are under-represented in WoW. Not saying that's inherently a bad thing or it needs to be changed, it's just a fact.

Filipinos don't count as Asian, racially or culturally. They speak Spanish, are mostly Catholic, and are culturally and racially closer to Indonesians.
