there actually are some legitimate complaints that some OWS people have.

I just don't disagree with the people looking for trouble or using the OWS areas for other illicit shit.

its funny how many people go to the community college nearby for like 2 weeks, just logn enough to get their grants, then they drop out.

There should be standards for grants. The grantor gives money up front but if the completion of the semester doesn't end positively (meaning failing grades, dropping classes, dropping school, poor attendance, etc.) then the grantee should be required to pay back some, or all, of the money.

Taking six classes? Fail one of them? Now you have to pay back 1/6 of the grant amount. Drop all your classes? You have to pay it all back.
