Is this a good time to ask: what exactly does the Twi'lek racial in SWTOR do?

I can see it's called, "Parlor Dance", but none of the very fragmentary databases describe what exactly it does.

About as much as the other racials, which is to say nothing.

If that was a question about how it looks, I'd imagine youtube can answer your questions.

Yeah it seems as if all the racials are fluff/social. I took some race that I can't remember in the beta because it's racial was about meditating to regain health/force. I figured it was an out of combat thing and would still be more useful than a dance, but then I learned it was just a re-hash of what everyone gets anyway.
