Let's just sum up 99% of game discussion.

Games coming out in a few weeks: Groundbreaking pinnacles of technology and entertainment.

Games just out: Memes and constant discussion as people pour hours and hours into them.

Games a few weeks old: Games aren't that great, faults to be excused, but sort of a good game.

Games a few months old or older: Shit game, absolutely terrible. Worst thing anyone has ever played.

Games you played as a kid: Perfect classics with no faults.

There, now you can just skip internet game discussions since they're just full of try-hard hipsters.

I owned an atari, I had a genesis and played the shit out of my cousin's master system. I had an nes, and a super nes when that came out. I never had a 64 because I was into other things by the time that came out.

When Windwaker came out they gave pre-orders a free copy of OoT. It sucked. I got maybe an hour into it and lost interest.

I complained in SW:ToR general chat once because I was walking down some stairs and fell through the world. I got told to make my own video game by multiple people.

EDIT: Not really surprised that DA2 and Duke Nukem swept the awards, tbh. I thought that ToR would get more shit, however.
