seems the friday rollback ate our old thread.

this is the weekend i was referring to in which I'd be free of work and my girlfriend would be visiting with her cousin from out of state.

tldr: had a huge post typed up but my session expired, fffuuuu

maybe we could find a location that isn't a total pain in the dick for most of us, and possibly grab lunch on sunday afternoon? Fanta and I both have family things on Saturday, Sunday should be free though.

I was thinking Rio Towncenter in Gaithersburg, maybe Sterling, VA. Would like to hear suggestions from everyone. Get several locations and just decide based on distance + bis food ftw.


This is open to anyone else I might have missed as well!

Also, Jubber if it's east of Frederick I'd be happy to meet you in Frederick and give you a lift since gas prices suck.

I'm a good 40mi south of Arlington in N. Stafford. I'm about 30 minutes from Arlington in good traffic.

I still don't know if I'll be making it up. Sunday is the day both of my parents have off so I try to take my son to their place to play. Plus, I've got some shit I need to do for work and I don't know if I could afford the hours I've got other errands and housework I need to do this weekend. (Guy housework like patching some holes I cut in the walls and fixing computers... not cleaning and laundry. Psh)

Post the place and time anyways and I'll try to make it if I can swing it.

Good thing you picked a place that's 4 hours from everyone. If we were looking for a gay place we could just go to Dupont Circle since there's nothing but Gay there.

Looks like Ashburn/Sterling is the geographical mid-point.

I'm going to work on getting stuff done today/tonight, then try my hardest to make it out there... so don't make me drive to Frederick, plz.

That was the most overt website I could find in 5 minutes of searching Va gay bars. With a geocities-quality website it's got to be a place that's worth a 4 hour drive.

I'll be in WV today, and I'm not sure what the family has planned. My brothers now get butt-hurt if I don't bring CJ to visit when I visit dad, and there's a woman there who isn't entirely psychotic or fugly that's been texting me for about a month. Not sure what will be going down, but I'll try to stay on top of my phone and check the boards here. It would be a lot of driving for me either way, but if I can fit it in, I will. Anything around Ashburn-Reston is fine for me, so long as I can google directions to the place.
