I don't think Zaryi felt anything valid or useful could come from a thread started by you in such a manner. I don't think anyone here expected anything valid or useful from this thread.

I don't know a single person who's played it to completion and been satisfied with the ending. Me and a friend have started writing a little comic to make a more coherent ending.

Thinking and talking about difficult things, you don't get to wear sunglasses and pretend to be a badass or push people around, and its not as easy and requires more self-discipline, but it's what defends your way of life. Not blowing shit up.

Well now we're just getting philosophical.

The prophecy in Harry Potter reads:

Both Neville Longbottom and Harry Potter fit the description of the prophecy. Voldemort then decides to kill Harry, who he feels is the greater threat (ironic given he is the son of a Muggle-born, while Neville is of pureblood ancestry), and thus inadvertently makes Harry fulfill the prophecy. The ironic thing, too, is that had Voldemort chose to ignore the prophecy outright, it would have never been fulfilled at all.

So, did Harry Potter fulfill the prophecy? Yes. But he only did so because Voldemort made him fulfill the prophecy.
