So, I've been working on levelling achievements in Guild Wars in preparation for Guild Wars 2. I just finished Legendary Defender of Ascalon (faster than baseline 1-85 in WoW).

I'm now looking to buy stuff to fill out the Hall of Monuments.
To that end, I'm looking to buy GW gold.
I am offering a three-digit figure in cash.

I have done some research and found that the administration is very aggressive in banning botters and those who deal with them. Therefore, I'm not going to buy from a china.

I believe the best approach would be to purchase the gold from an established or otherwise well-connected player who simply has far more than he needs and would like some cold hard cash through PayPal. The deal can be concluded over ventrilo.

If anyone knows, or is, such an individual, I will pay a finder's fee.

I would like to remind everyone that I am a pompous, arrogant, megalomanical, impeccably honest and trustworthy douchebag. I am known for my severe anger issues, excessive impatience, punctuality, and judgmental nature; I always keep my arrangements and let no debt go unpaid. If anyone knows anyone who might be interested in selling GW gold, please assure them of my favorable reputation. They will not be cheated.

Man. If only I still had my old account info. I didn't sell it or anything...I can't remember fuck all about it.

For what it's worth, look into '55 monk' if you decide farming is ever on the table.

I could solo huge packs of trolls outside Droknar's Forge..was crazy plat back in the day.

I'm advertising gold buying. In another game. On a 1:1 basis. Without bots.

Do you know anyone?

I'm curious why you'd spend real money on a game that'll presumably become a ghost town when GW2 launches, when you've been so keen to not spend a dime of your own (gold proxy) on anything WoW-related.

The benefit carries over into GW2 which is the entire reason he's gotten into GW as far as I can tell.

What React said.

Has a nice ring to it, doesn't it?

My unwillingness to give Blizzard any more money is motivated by the same general reasons as Jubber: fed up with their bait-and-switch antics and the deliberately insulting way they treat their customers.

No one deliberately attacks their revenue stream; that's as nonsensical as conservatives claiming that liberals invented global warming for personal profit and that the entire scientific community is in on the massive global conspiracy to make a few bucks at the expense of honest, gas-guzzling, true capitalists.

You're presuming rational thinking as well as personal interest.

Go read the CS forums, or Zarhym/Bashiok posts and get back to me.

And marshmallows? Maybe a summonable Stay Puft marshmallow minion that you can sacrifice in a fiery green inferno. Makes all your Shadowbolts apply a Diabetes debuff.

Been there, done that.

Tanked Illidan as Affliction (entertaining in its own ways), then eventually Destruction, except for one week I didn't respec because I was called in to tank, and I was pvp spec. Yes, on a pve server. Fast forward through sunwell, 3.0 drops and Tehra started tanking.
