I can tell you that's not the case.
My "mother" is an incredibly glacial and sexually repressed person. She is not socially/sexually conservative in philosophical or religious terms, she's one of those people who reacts to sexuality with instant and overwhelming revulsion. Sex has absolutely no place in her life.
She has that kind of handsome beauty, with naturally voluminous hair and rich, sharp facial relief, that endures well into old age. Strangers often notice this. She did however have a C-section (causing characteristic scarring to the torso) and has a small bald spot due to stress. It is not visible unless you look directly down from above.
The stress is psychosomatic and inherently pathological in nature - she makes simple things difficult, and unnecessarily stresses herself in everything she does. She has gone through over two dozen pairs of brake pads in a decade, and grips everything she touches so tightly she has required treatment for muscle strain.
