Hmm good question. I'd have to look into it. That and I'm not yet on gen 5 because I'm waiting for my friend to finish gen 4before I get into it.
I'd really like to know.
If there's anything to be gained, no matter how small or trivial, I intend to start with Gen 3 first and work my way forward.
That's two things I put upon you to find out, if you would be so kind sir =P

Oh, and I talked to someone else I happened to meet in GW. He agreed with you that a BA in science isn't usually necessary to get a masters, but some undergrad work is to be expected.
Therefore, what I now need, is a college that allows open enrollment without a degree in pursuit of science courses. Unless I choose to skip that step, as I did take bio/chem/physics. Either way, looking for colleges.
I'd like to attend a college near a poor rural area so I can buy a small foreclosed house and get a live-in and organize a small factory.
I could do that in Boston, too - perhaps it would even be better here, there are populations to the west and north, and hosting a hostel could be very lucrative and open opportunities - but I'd need to first be enrolled in a program so I can apply for loans and aid to use as capital.
That is the immediate goal and I'm not sure how to go about it.
I did what Azelma suggested and didn't get much in the way of results. Most colleges, so far as I see, don't do open or rolling enrollment. Boston has a lot of colleges, they say, but most seem to be rackets of one sort or another. The community colleges, for example, discriminate against white males but also offer fewer science programs than even those in Sacramento or San Francisco.
It's chicken and egg. As always, I find the academic system very confusing and have no idea where to start. I wish I knew where to talk face-to-face with an expert. I'd even pay for their time.
But once I do - once I can find that program that's right and app for loans and use those as capital - the snowball will start rolling down a very steep hill.
/sigh its very frustrating. Maybe I should just go take the ASVAB, then yell "GIVE ME MONEY".
I'm seriously considering that option.
