I'm at a hospital, and am trying to launch WoW. When I double-click the icon, nothing happens for a good long while and then, few minutes later, it says the launcher cannot obtain patching information. Any way I can fix this? Might have to stay here overnight and would like access to WoW. Thanks! :)

Does the internet work?

Maybe try running it as administrator.

Could be they block the port you need or something.

Found it, just ran it from wow.exe as opposed to launcher.exe
