Long story short...I had the misfortune of reading some articles on Jezebel that I felt were particularly misandry-infused, and was slightly irritated (note: not ALL articles on that site are bad). Then I found this and was able to laugh. Gotta love satire.

I think it's fine here. It will give us another opportunity to discuss how women like the harpies that write for Jezebel get away with saying things about men that would cost a man his job if he said them about women.
Moving a topic and leaving a shadow is probably one of the most asinine things you can do.
Wholly unprofessional, whoever moved it.
"Ok we aren't such things and birds are pretty advanced. They fly and shit from anywhere they want. While we sit on our automatic toilets, they're shitting on people and my car while a cool breeze tickles their anus. That's the life."
Was pretty win. See, Aestu, there are decent feminists out there..?
No. What are you referring to?
And why do you end a statement with a question mark?
Feminism is an ideology of bigotry. There are no more "decent" feminists than there are "decent" white supremacists.
The "equality" bit is bullshit because women were never "unequal" to begin with. Women have always had it easier. "Equality" in the context of feminism is pure Orwellianism.

I don't think associating this with Zaryi is necessary, however.
She makes her choice to be associated with the likes of "Mrs" Fluke.
That's her failing, one takes the good with the bad. No one gets to write the bad off because we wish it wasn't there.
Your dislike of unpleasant thoughts is strictly a personal problem, and not anyone else's. And you can spare me the predictable childish "I don't like what you're saying, so I'm going to put on the righteous indignation hat and use it as an excuse to believe whatever I like" bit. You only want things said "nicely" (which really means in weak, wishy-washy, ambiguous, inconclusive language) so you can disregard them.
Reality is what it is. Take it or leave it, but your choice is your own responsibility.
zaryi doesn't strike me as a "castrate the world" feminist.
Shades of grey. She's a "I want to be loved by everyone everywhere, so I adopt an ideology that tells me I'm entitled to it" feminist.
This is why she thinks SlutWalks are awesome and loudly trumpets her independence from men while defining her entire existence through keeping a host of them on hand-and-foot.
I know Zaryi well enough to say quite conclusively that she loves to pretend she overcomes challenges equal to those men face (and this is very provably untrue); she like many women is enamored of feminism because it helps prop up this self-delusion.
Men do not have the luxury of appealing to pity, bluster, or second chances when they don't get their way.
Self-obsessed heterosexual women like Zaryi are useful idiots. Malevolent lesbian women like Fluke are fat cats.
Women like Fluke are content to sell women like Zaryi the moon if they think they can use them to build a power base to enrich themselves and do evil to men everywhere.
Whether the motive is stupidity or malice, both kinds of feminists are working towards the same end.

Arguing that no one should have voted for Goldwater because the KKK was for him would be like arguing that no one should vote for Obama because the New Black Panther Party is for him.

The BP (and millions of black people) voted for Obama because he was black. The KKK (and millions of Southerners) voted for Goldwater because he was a bigot.

Because most of LBJ's "War on Poverty" policies are/were the type of out-of-control social spending that's helped contribute to our current socio-economic mess, and because that was the most blatant smear-by-loosely-associating ad I've ever seen. They must not have invented subtlety until the 70s. Not to mention that judging a political platform from...what, 50-60 years ago...by today's moral/ethical standards is silly. What you really don't get is that the ad wasn't aimed at white audiences, it was aimed at blacks, and its only purpose was to scare people into voting for a given candidate.
