EDIT: I found a vid of all the flashbacks spliced together in "order". In one of the scenes it looks like Yakone is bloodbending the whole damn room at once. Perhaps Tarlokk is a descendant or something?

Amon just got 8 million times more scary.

I remember when I first heard about "anti-benders" leading a revolution, I was like "lol stupids, no powers, gonna get crushed lololol" but now.. not only do I fear an Equalist's abilities, but I also kinda sympathize with their cause. With the Firebenders, you just knew they were in the wrong. But in this case, you're questioning who is the baddie.

Damn it, I can't believe next week is the finale, but HOORAY ONE HOUR SPECIAL!!

This last episode was amazing, with the action and the suspense and the losses. But it also got me thinking.. what if Amon isn't able to permanently take away someone's bending, but rather only able to block the mental aspect to it? When Aang used energybending, he always stood in front and touched both the forehead and the chest of the person (the flashback showed him doing this) but Amon only stands behind them and quickly presses into their foreheads. Doesn't make him any less frightening to a bender, of course, but it's something to think about.

Can't wait for the finale, these days are going to be looong.
